VEGETARIAN TASTING MENU

Our next Vegetarian Tasting will be on Friday 4 and Saturday 5 July.  

WEDNESDAYS | PENCILMARK RAMEN POP UP - $35 RAMEN & PAIRED WINE

Join us for Pencilmark Ramen Pop Up, for a limited time on Wednesday nights.

Enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen, paired with a glass of wine (or beer) for just $35.  Sides are also available.

We offer one menu each week, with no modifications. Our menu changes each week, so be sure to check our socials for the latest updates. 

Whether you book online or walk in, come in for a casual vibe and treat yourself to a cosy midweek night out as the evenings get cooler.

UNDERBAR STEAKHOUSE

Kick off your weekend at Underbar Steakhouse. Fridays in May (plus Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th April), we're bringing the bold flavours of New York City's finest steakhouses to Ballarat with our Underbar Steakhouse - $60 for a steak and paired wine.

Savor a perfectly cooked steak and pair it with the classic American sides like creamy spinach, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, and shrimp cocktail. Wash it all down with a classic speakeasy cocktail or a glass of bold red. 

UNDERBAR SEASONAL TASTING MENU

Join us for our full tasting menu (Fridays and Saturdays in April and Saturdays in May), inspired by the season and surrounds.

PRIVATE DINNERS

Underbar offers private dinners Monday to Thursday evenings.  

Five-course tasting menu, exclusive use of the restaurant space for eight to fourteen guests $150pp. Beverage packages available.  Get in contact if you have a date in mind.

A deposit of $100pp is required to secure your booking.  Private dinners attract a 10% service charge.  The minimum spend for private dinners on Friday and Saturday evenings is $5000.
